Cheese Selection:

Shadows of Blue (Australian, Soft Mild Blue, Cow): A double cream blue cheese wrapped in natural beeswax and aged for 2-3 months. Its mild flavour and smooth paste make it approachable, perfect for those new to blue cheese.

Comté 12 Month (French, Hard, Cow): A traditional alpine cheese made from hard-pressed raw cow’s milk. This Comté is silky, slightly citrusy, and boasts a long-lasting nuttiness that pairs beautifully with fresh accompaniments.

Fromage d’Affinois (French, Soft, Cow): Creamy and decadent, this cheese has a mild, buttery flavour with a hint of sweetness that complements champagne and fresh fruit. Its texture, achieved through ultra-filtration, creates a thick, nearly whipped spread that's simply irresistible.
